Ellis and Marie are a husband-and-wife writing team who have stumbled onto a writer's block - namely Ellis' infidelidities with a local young bimbo. Their agent forces them to see a marriage counselor, and they see quite a lot of her. Marie, meanwhile, has planned her own revenge ... but forgets things never turn out as planned. As the plot twists, the heat turns up in this screwball (emphasis on 'screw') flick!
