When Racquel, a notorious felon is handed over to the warden, the warden couldn't be happier. Unfortunately Racquel has a different agenda. Overpowering the guard, Racquel turns the tables and introduces warden and assistant to whip, bastinado, clips, and pins, to let them know how it feels to be on the receiving end.
